Interested in learning more about how the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute impact your compensation? Join us for our next informational webinar!

On December 1, 2022, at 8:00 PM ET, Bruce Armon, Esq. will provide an overview of and guidance regarding the policies and regulations governing physician compensation arrangements. In this webinar, Mr. Armon will:

- Review the recent updates to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, as well as how these may necessitate adjustments in current or future arrangements.

- Create an understanding of how the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback statute impact you and your practice.

- Discuss ‘best practices’ to maintain compliance.

The Physician Self-Referral Statute (Stark Law) prohibits physicians from referring Medicare/Medicaid patients to a health service provider in which the referring physician has a financial interest. The Federal Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) prohibits anyone from soliciting or receiving remuneration of any kind in exchange for referring a patient for services or for purchasing an item or service paid for by a federal healthcare program. To help guide members with compliance, ACP has developed a set of resources for your practice.

Mr. Armon is the chair of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s Health Care practice and has extensive experience counseling clients on how federal and state health care laws may impact health care businesses.

As part of the registration process, please submit questions you would like Mr. Armon to answer during the live Q&A session following his presentation.
